A company under Canadian law, Pluts-Canada supports and collaborates with various public or private initiatives in sectors as diverse as technology, health, security, biosecurity, biodiversity, education and the arts, culture or economics and finance. Pluts-Canada's intervention approaches are varied, depending on the needs of the natural or legal persons to be supported. This includes training, advice, research, evaluation and monitoring-evaluation, advocacy and communication. - To provide a strong collaborative frame for knowledge mobilisation, transfer, and exchange
- To build a network of stakeholders, researchers, and practitioners engaged in knowledge mobilisation, transfer, and appropriation
- To promote evidence based and research-based decision making by stakeholders at local, national, and international levels
- To foster research and research and evaluation culture and contribute to research capacity development
- Disseminate good practices in terms of use of evidence in interventions and decision making.
