It is about the need to reduce the still perceptible gap between the achievements of science and research and the use of these achievements and results in decisions, planning, interventions and practices. The importance of this gap has increased with the necessities of artificial intelligence and the needs of large databases or Big-data. Indeed, the issues of mobilization, transfer and use of knowledge, particularly scientific knowledge, have become concerns for all levels of actors. However, both the understanding of this need and its implementation suffer from the persistence of various gray areas and obstacles.  More aims to facilitate the understanding and application of knowledge at local, national and international levels. The values of commitment, multidisciplinarity, and above all sharing and the responsibility/accountability of each and everyone recommend that investments for the production of knowledge be concentrated only in certain areas. Ethical values and equitable, common and sustainable development must be at the heart of the actions of a science in all conscience carried out with respect for communities.
