PROGRAMMES

Programme-1

Development of the scientific evidence repository

For optimal development and informed decision-making, the use of proven practices and referential experiences is fundamental for action. The use of data contributes to reduce the magnitude of uncertainty (Ventiv Technology) This requires the building of an attic of data and evidence. It is therefore important to answer the questions. What is evidence and what are the specifics of scientific evidence?

Programme-2

Community of practice, networking and stakeholders’ engagement

Programme-3

Leadership / capacity building and global knowledge and technology transfer

The best hunting strategy is to surround the prey. The same is true when there is a need to find solutions for commun problems faced by actors of specific fields of practice. Building a web of committed partners makes it possible to share difficulties and the means to solve them. Priority program 2 aims at promoting communities of practice by rooting them in data science and evidence-based approaches.

Our plan to work with different groups to improve immunization coverage in slums will include five countries/cities eager to find a solution to hard-to-reach communities and children.

Knowledge sharing is the very foundation of scientific development, which has always been a process of co-construction. The direction of the knowledge transfer flow has constantly changed during the development of humanity. Nowadays, the research industries are providers of knowledge but they are not masters of the practical applications of discoveries, neither in business nor in society in general. We are witnessing the dawn of an era of a diffuse leadership. Priority program 3 aims to strengthen the multipolarity of the leadership by strengthening research capacities but also the use of results on a global scale.

Partnership for this programme will be sought from reference models as LES (Licencing Executives Society)

Reference model

Reference models for our repository include various approaches including NIH OTT, or other practical and conceptual model as the UNESCO Institut for statistics and Cochrane Evidence-based collection of data of the Cochrane Library
